Pair of Vintage Cast Bronze "End of the Trail" Bookends from Ronson 1920's

Newark, NJ: Ronson Art Metal Works, 1925. Cast Bronze. A very good pair of bronze bookends depicting a popular western scene known as "End of the Trail" which depicts a tired horse and rider. These were made by Ronson, known for making lighters and other metal objects in the early part of the 20th Century. This matching pair has excellent patina and some paint remaining from hand-coloring. A near fine set ready to hold up your western americana collection in style. Open bottoms. Bookends are about 6" tall and about 5" wide. Near Fine. Item #933
