Pair of Vintage "Woman Reading on Lounge" Figural Sculptural Bookends, 1930's

Newark, New Jersey: J.B. Hirsch, 1930. These are a hard-to-find pair of signed JB Hirsch bookends. These are plaster/chalk bookends with painted finish. Some paint loss to the face and neck of the woman on one of the two bookends. Otherwise these are very nice - best I have seen of this set. A very good, collectable set. Very Good. Item #927
